The Small Claims Court adjudicates matters that are $35,000.00 or less.

Claims 

• We draft, issue and arrange for service of any claim in Ontario.  We provide representation in court, at Settlement Conferences, Motions, Trials or any other type of hearing.  We also provide enforcement services from court Orders, to help you collect on your Judgments.

Defences

• Have you been served with a claim?  Time is of the essence and you only have 20 days to file your Defence, otherwise you run the risk of having a Default Judgment against you.  This can lead to garnishments, and negative credit ratings. Don't wait - contact us right away.

The Landlord and Tenant Board has exclusive jurisdiction of all residential tenancies in Ontario. 

Landlords

• Whether you own a single unit or are a property manager for an entire complex, taking tenants to the Board can be a daunting experience. We have handled thousands of evictions, including non-payment of rent, owner's own use applications, drugs, noise, damages and even bed bugs.

Tenants

• Due to high volume we are not taking on tenant files at this time
